La Corbière Lighthouse
La Corbière is Jersey’s most photographed lighthouse, standing on a tidal islet off the island’s south-west tip. At low tide you can walk the causeway to its base; at high tide it becomes an island. Come for sunset — and check the tide times before you cross, because the causeway floods fast.

Your questions, answered
Can you walk to La Corbière Lighthouse?
Yes, at low tide a concrete causeway connects the lighthouse islet to the shore. It is only safe on a falling tide — the returning water covers the causeway quickly, so check tide times before crossing.
